Accelerating Agility with XaaS
In 2018, Deloitte conducted the Flexible Consumption Models Study to get a cross-industry view of as-a-service IT trends and benefits. Based on a Q3 2018 survey of 1,170 IT and line-of-business (LoB) professionals from US-based companies, the report shows flexible consumption and everything-as-a-service are now prominent models for acquiring and using IT to improve agility and operational efficiency.
